In applications where there is a closed feedback loop, such as Unmanned vehicles command and control and more, latency is the most crucial aspect of the copmplex system.
The IPR equipment, is a multi standard ultra low delay encoder compliant with the H.264 baseline profile supporting multiple streaming protocols including RTP and RTSP enabling the user to stream virtually to any endpoint with an impressive low encoding / decoding delay ≤ 300ms @ 4Mb (with optional hardware decoder).
A web-server based application enables to control the bit-rate and video quality, making it a perfect selection for bandlimited channels.
